Greetings,
The FL PGR recently put out a request for help. As many of you know recently Hurricane Ian passed through Southern FL and caused a significant amount of damage and displaced many families.
The members of the FL PGR, specifically those in the West Palm Beach area, have setup at Rockstar Harley Davidson in Ft. Meyers to supply hot meals to those assisting in the recovery efforts (National Guard and First Responders) as well as anyone else in need. In addition they are putting together food packages and delivering them to areas where mobility is an issue.
I did talk to David out of FL and he advised that they are able to get supplies from Central and Northern FL so supplies aren’t the issue, they will not however be able to continue assisting others at the pace they are going without some outside help monetarily.
We are going to be donating to assist them in their efforts and are also putting it out there if anyone else wants to also assist. I’ve attached the full statement from FL below along with details about how to contact them for donation information. I’ve also included a Paypal link if you want to donate through NH and it will be sent along with our donation. NH is a registered 501(c)3 and all donations are tax deductible. Please contact me after you donate and I can provide you with a receipt along with our tax ID.
Any questions please feel free to contact me.
Respectfully,

Full Statement from the FL PGR:
Fellow PGR,
FL PGR has taken on a daunting task of assisting in hurricane relief to those devastated by Hurricane Ian in SW Florida, which is headed up by PGR out of West Palm Beach. We are currently set up at Rockstar Harley Davidson in Ft. Myers (ground zero) where hot meals are being cooked and provided to the activated National Guard, Veterans, First Responders and others in need.In addition to serving meals at the Harley Dealership, food packages are bundled and delivered to other areas in need, as many affected by the hurricane are no longer mobile.
As of now, 500 meals a day are being served and it’s getting a little overwhelming. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated, be it in person to help cook / deliver meals or donations of food, water or much needed funding to help replenish food supplies.
Any monetary donations would be extremely helpful. Your tax deductible donation can be made via deposit at any Truist Bank payable to Patriot Guard Riders in Florida, Inc., (Contact State Captain at pgrfldavid@gmail.com for account number) or Zelle transfer to pgrfldavid@gmail.com (which is the email address attached to our bank account).
All funds received are sent to the PGR team in Ft. Myers to replenish much needed relief supplies.
Thank you in advance for your kind considerations.
Respectfully,
David “Flyboy” Shelton
